Return and Exchange Period
- Virtual Courses: Once the virtual product is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure before placing the order.
- Physical Products: You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we will be unable to offer return or exchange services.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- The physical product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item should retain its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for the return or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Virtual courses, once payment is confirmed, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Return and Exchange Process
- Please contact us through the online customer service on our website, providing your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
- Do not send the product directly back to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. The actual refund time depends on the processing time of your bank.
Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
